Services offered by Indian libraries during COVID-19

This is a study of the services provided by Indian libraries during COVID-19 lockdown and problems faced in providing their services. Using Google Forms questionnaire survey, responses were sought from librarians through library groups covering schools, colleges universities, mailing list forums WhatsApp/Telegram groups. The findings show that strived to stay connected with users remote Many developed library/digital guides e-content responded online reference queries. Librarians frequently participated webinars.
